About Us
CABCO Construction Inc. is a commercial and industrial concrete contractor based in Memphis, TN, founded by Juan Miguel Cabrera. Juan built his career in the concrete trade alongside his father at M&M Concrete Services, where he served as President, running estimating, scheduling, and job site operations on commercial and industrial projects across the Mid-South.
In 2026, Juan made the decision to step out on his own and start CABCO, with the goal of building a larger company that can take on more and bigger projects. He did it with deep gratitude and respect for his father and everything M&M taught him. CABCO carries those same values forward: show up, do it right, and stand behind every pour.
We specialize in slabs, foundations, flat-work, and site work for general contractors, developers, and property owners. Our crews handle every phase in-house, so schedules stay tight and quality stays consistent from the first yard of concrete to the final finish.
What We Do
From breaking ground to the final finish, CABCO Construction handles every stage of the concrete process with our own crews and equipment.
Full turnkey concrete packages for new commercial and industrial builds — from initial layout through final flatwork, coordinated with your general contractor from day one. We professionally manage the full concrete scope of your build from start to finish.
Formed and poured foundation walls, footings, and thickened-edge slabs — set true and square for the structure that follows. Our crews excavate and place and tie all rebar reinforcing to plan, delivering commercial- and industrial-grade foundations built to engineered specifications.
Large-format warehouse and industrial slabs placed and finished with laser screed technology for a flat, tight-tolerance surface. We run a Somero S-485 laser screed approved for elevated deck pours, so we can hold that same tight tolerance on structural decks — not just slab-on-grade work.
Concrete dock aprons, ramps, and approach slabs reinforced and built to handle constant heavy truck and forklift traffic. We set grades for proper drainage and smooth transitions, so trailers load safely and the concrete holds up for years of daily use.
Concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, drive aprons, and concrete pavement that tie a finished project together — completing the site from the ground-up build to the final curb line.
Engineered concrete retaining walls, formed and reinforced to plan. We build structural walls for buildings, below-grade foundations, grade changes, and site work — designed to hold back soil loads and stand up for the life of the structure.
